What we build: clamshell earphone cases with hinge features; sliding-lid storage cases; cable-winder cases with spool features; case bottoms with threaded or snap inserts for internal trays — 6063 aluminum, 1.5–3.0mm walls, sized from your earphone CAD.
Seam and hinge discipline: case halves are machined on matched fixtures so the parting line stays within 0.03mm; hinge pins and lid-stop features are cut in-cycle so the lid closes with the same feel on unit 1 and unit 100,000. Magnet pockets are positioned from your magnet spec — no rattling lids.
Engraving that outlives the product: fiber-laser engraving through the anodize gives crisp, permanent logos (no ink to wear off); artwork proofing is included and engraving depth is tuned for legibility at any angle. Multi-position logos, QR codes and serial marks run in the same cycle.
Finishes for premium positioning: polish, fine sandblast, brush — under Type II anodize in black, silver, champagne or custom PMS. MOQ 300 pieces for launches, scaling to 250k+ per year on the same fixtures.
