The terms that govern our CNC machining partnership — clear, fair, and protective for both sides.
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website http://rejincnc.com (the "Site") and the purchase of custom CNC machining, rapid prototyping and related manufacturing services from Rejin CNC Technology Co., Ltd. ("Rejin CNC", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Dongguan, China. By submitting an inquiry, placing an order or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Every quotation we issue is based on the drawings, quantities, materials, tolerances and finishes you provide. A quotation is valid for 15 calendar days unless otherwise stated, and is not a binding contract. A binding order is formed only after we receive your written or email purchase order (PO) and our sales team issues written order confirmation. Prices, lead times and specifications in any prior communication are superseded by the order confirmation.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the lawful right to use any drawings, 3D models, specifications, trademarks or logos you provide to us, and that using them to manufacture parts does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights. We will not reuse, reproduce or display your proprietary designs for other customers without your written permission. We retain ownership of our tooling, programming know-how, fixtures and manufacturing processes developed to produce your parts, even if you have contributed to their design. You retain ownership of your product designs and the finished parts paid for in full.
Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are 100% in advance for prototyping orders under USD 2,000; for larger production orders, our standard terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance before shipment, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. We accept bank T/T, PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance and Western Union. Bank, intermediary and receiving-bank charges outside our account are for the buyer's account. Orders are not scheduled for production until the deposit is received and cleared.
Lead times stated in the quotation are estimates measured from the date we receive cleared payment and all final drawings/approval. We work diligently to meet them, but they are not guaranteed deadlines and do not entitle you to cancel the order or claim damages for delays caused by: your late approval or information, material shortages beyond our control, force majeure, customs inspection delays, or shipping carrier performance. We will notify you promptly of any delay affecting your order.
We manufacture to the specifications on your approved drawings and to the general tolerance standards noted on the drawing (or ISO 2768-mK where none is specified). Because CNC machined parts are custom, we strongly recommend approving a first article (sample) before mass production. For production orders, we ship to the approved sample and to the drawing; any cosmetic or dimensional issue must be reported within 14 days of receipt of goods, with clear photos and, where relevant, measurement data. We will, at our option, re-machine, replace or issue credit for parts that do not meet the agreed specifications. Reimbursement is limited to the invoice value of the affected parts; we are not liable for downstream assembly, production-line or consequential losses.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the order confirmation, our prices are on FOB Shenzhen / FOB Dongguan terms. Shipping freight, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and any destination-country charges are the buyer's responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring the parts may be lawfully imported into your country. We will provide a commercial invoice and packing list; any special declaration, HS code or certificate of origin requirement must be communicated before shipment.
You may cancel an order before production starts at no cost. Once production has begun, or once materials and tooling have been purchased, cancellation fees may apply to cover material cost, work-in-progress and non-recoverable engineering time. Engineering changes after order confirmation may trigger a price adjustment and lead-time extension, which we will quote for your approval before proceeding.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any order or these Terms is limited to the invoice amount paid by you for the specific parts in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Because our parts are components in your larger products, you are responsible for final fit, function, safety and certification of your end product.
We treat your drawings, technical data and business information as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except to our employees and subcontractors bound by confidentiality obligations, or as required by law. We are willing to sign your standard NDA before you share sensitive or new-product designs, provided the NDA is mutual and commercially reasonable.

You may view and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish or scrape our content for commercial use without our written permission. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is free of viruses.
These Terms and any order are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from an order will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between our senior management. If negotiation fails within 60 days, the dispute will be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Shenzhen for arbitration in accordance with its then-current rules. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or industry practice. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
