These custom CNC turned aluminum knobs are precision control knobs used on audio equipment, home appliances, instruments and industrial panels. Each knob combines a smooth turned body, a precision bore that matches the shaft, and a decorative CD-textured top face, machined from solid 6061 or 6063 aluminum and finished with color anodizing.
We turn the outer diameter, face and bore on high-precision CNC lathes in a single setup, which keeps the bore concentric with the body and eliminates wobble. The concentric CD pattern is then machined with controlled speed and feed for a uniform, premium reflective surface, followed by in-house anodizing in gold, silver, black or a custom color.
Every knob is held to +/-0.01 mm on diameter and bore, with color checked against your master sample. From a few prototype knobs to repeat OEM batches, we deliver decorative and functional knobs that look premium, fit precisely and feel consistent.
High-precision CNC lathes hold tight diameter, height and bore tolerances, so knobs seat on D-shafts, round shafts and splined shafts without play.
