Sunflower pin-fin heat sinks are the round, radial-finned solution for cooling COB LEDs, high-power lamp modules, motor housings and cylindrical power packages. Extruded from 6063 aluminum and CNC-machined, the fins radiate outward in all directions so the sink rejects heat evenly whether it is mounted vertically, horizontally or embedded in a fixture.
A machined center bore nests the round COB LED or cylindrical device, while a flat base and drilled mounting ears bolt the sink squarely to the fixture with thermal grease in between. The gold, black or natural anodized finish protects the extrusion and gives premium architectural, horticultural or stage-lighting fixtures a clean, finished look.
We supply standard sunflower profiles in a range of diameters, or custom-extrude and CNC-cut the sink to your LED module dimensions - with holes, bores and surface finish controlled to your drawing, from prototype samples to 50,000+ pieces per month, under NDA.
